Our service caters children aged 3 months to 12 years, and offers small group care for a maximum of 4 children under school age, and 3 children over school age per registered Educator.

Our Educators

Our educators provide the best possible early childhood service. All Educators are qualified with a minimum of Certificate III in Children Services, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, CPR and a WWCC.

Established in 2013

Twinkle Family Day Care Pty Ltd is based in Blacktown which established in 2013. Twinkle FDC is approved for 60 educators and services all over NSW. With many years of experience in delivering high-quality care and service to our communities, we understand and value the importance of a great start in children’s learning journey.

Twinkle FDC Pty Ltd is driven to achieve the provision of quality education and care services provided within a nurturing home-based environment. Our goal is to build strong foundations for each child where they are supported holistically and have a right to choice, freedom of belief and are viewed as capable and confident learners. We will offer families flexible, quality education and care, for their children where partnerships are built on trust and respect.

Our family day care service caters to children aged 6 months to 12 years and offers small group education and care for a maximum of 4 children under school age, and 3 children over school age per registered Educator. Family Day Care is governed by the Education and Care National Regulations & Law and the National Quality Standards including the Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.
We support educators to provide the best possible early childhood service to children and their families within the broader community. All Educators are qualified and have a minimum of Certificate III in Children Services, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, CPR and a Working with Children Check (WWCC). Our educators are trained, supported and monitored by the professional staff at the Twinkle Family Day Care Pty Ltd. We conduct regular support visits as well as monthly home visits to each Family Day Care Educator to assist with service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Educators provide a fun, play-based educational program tailored to the individual interests and needs of each child. We also send regular updates and photos to families about their child.

Philosophy

Twinkle FDC’s Philosophy is designed based on the quality of home care in which children are being cared for. We strive to provide, develop and manage a Family Day Care Service that fulfils the needs of children and works in partnership with families to provide professional and high-quality care for children that enable children to learn and grow in all areas of their development.

 

Code of Conduct

The Code of conduct establishes the standards for all educators of Twinkle Family Day Care. Educators also abide for by the ethical responsibilities outlined in the Early Childhood Australia’s Code of Ethics and Network of Community Activities’ Code of Professional Conduct

Commitment

We are committed to provide children with a friendly, comfortable, safe and stimulating home environment.
Our service Educators are self-employed contractors who are supported and supervised by the Twinkle Family Day Care Coordination Unit staff.

Policy & Procedures

A list of the Service Regulation and Policies copies are available at the office /educator venue/parent portal on Harmony software for parents/guardians to peruse. If at any stage you are unhappy with any aspect of the care your child is receiving, you are encouraged to contact the Coordination Unit. Staff can offer advice on issues to assist in resolving problems.
